Orders and Payments
We accept bank transfers and cryptocurrency payments. If you choose bank transfer, please make sure to include your order number as the reference so we can match your payment to your order. Payments made by bank transfer may take 1–3 business days to clear.
Once your payment has been received and your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. From that point, orders usually arrive within 3 business days. For security reasons, tracking numbers are not routinely provided. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact us at support@drivelabs.is and we will investigate promptly. Where necessary, tracking information will be supplied to assist with resolution.
To request a modification or cancellation, please email support@drivelabs.is. Orders can only be changed or canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Our customer support team will review your request and, where applicable, assist with processing modifications or issuing a refund.
Please check if your customer account e-mail address is valid and properly formatted or check your spam folder. Our emails will occasionally go to your spam folder because they are automatically sent. If you cannot locate the confirmation, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they know which peptide is the most appropriate for their research purposes. For obvious reasons, we could never resell a product which had been returned to us. We can only replace if it is clear that it has suffered damage in transit. We handle refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis, please contact us at support@drivelabs.is
Shipping
Yes. All orders are packed in plain, unbranded packaging for privacy. Small parcels are sent in padded envelopes, while larger shipments are packed securely in plain boxes.
With Express Post, orders usually arrive within:
- Metro areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional & rural areas: 3–5 business days
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier. While we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, our support team is always available to assist with delivery inquiries.
No. At this time we only ship within Australia via Express Post. Orders placed from outside Australia will not be processed.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@drivelabs.is with clear photographic evidence. After review, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund. All items leave our warehouse in new and sealed condition, and we take care to package every order securely. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, but if the issue is identified on arrival, our support team will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Peptides
